In order to qualify

As the saying goes: "Life is 5% what happens to you, and 95% how you react to it."

  • Enrolled in a full time Hospitality/Professional Cookery tertiary course minimum Diploma level or a recent graduate of a full time Hospitality/ Professional Cookery tertiary course within 18 months of graduation.
  • Upper immediate to advanced English language skills
  • Minimum of 6 months full time work experience or 12 months part time experience
  • Internship field- Studies and experience must be related to your desired internship
  • Preference currently working in the selected internship department
  • Flexible- Willing to work in any Australian City, including rural locations
  • Have a clear criminal record
  • Be fit and healthy, willing to work hard and open to new ideas and cultures
  • Be between the ages of 20-30
  • Be available for 6 - 12 months
